Rules of the ITA, NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, CCCAA or Conference Rules are the prime rules in college tennis. USTA Rules and Regulations are in effect, unless those college rules specify a change. And The Code? Players shall follow The Code, unless there is a specific ITA rule.
